This mail is just to provide an update on our services and time scales for deliveries.  Our staff are working hard, some remotely, some from the offices to continue to offer our service. We rely on the services of other companies also. Sky's contact centres for certain services are  unavailable during this time and for other services there are long call queues. This has meant that it has become very difficult to order or work on existing accounts. We are currently receiving mail, including deliveries of Sky viewing cards from Royal Mail around every 7-10 days. These delays  have unfortunately been passed onto us and our our customers. If you have ordered a new viewing card our usual service levels are delivery by UPS...
